  • I work with the 'network of hidden conversations' in companies (Johannes Leerink). These are hidden feelings and thoughts that need to be listened to and acknowledged to ensure they are not blocking progress.
     

  • Whenever we have uncovered those conversations, are aligned on our common goal, divided clear ownership and defined our work rhythm together, we can move mountains!
